PRODUCT WARRANTY / RETURN
Each piece of LA VOIE NOMADE jewelry undergoes a full state inspection in the "Assay Chamber" of JSC “National Center of Expertise and Certification”, which includes checking the authenticity of both the piece itself and its components (stones, metal), weighing, branding, issuing an expert opinion. You can always make sure of the authenticity of your jewelry by applying to the "Assay Chamber" address: 161 Nazarbayev Avenue, Almaty, 050000.
The seller provides a lifetime warranty for the product, i.e. for the entire period of use of the product by the consumer. The consumer has the right, within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, to exchange the purchased products of proper quality for a similar product of a different size, shape, dimension, style, color, configuration, available from the seller, making the necessary recalculation with the seller in case of price difference.
The products exchange/return of proper quality is possible in case the products haven’t been used, their marketable appearance, including packaging, seals, labels (tags) aren’t separated (not cut off) from the products, consumer properties are preserved, as well as the document confirming the fact of the products purchase (check or sales receipt).
Products of proper quality with separate seal, label (tag), in accordance with Art. 30 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Protection of Consumer Rights" № 274-IV dated 04.05.2010, exchange (return) is not subject to exchange (refund).
The product's exchange/return in proper quality shall be carried out by the Seller within 30 calendar days from the date of receiving the products and the package of necessary documents from the consumer. If the consumer discovers defects in the products and submits a claim for their replacement, as well as expert confirmation of the manufacturing of the products defect, the seller shall replace them within 30 calendar days from the date of submitting the relevant claim.
Before the products exchange (return) of proper / improper quality, the seller reserves the right to carry out an expert examination of the product. Independent examination of the products subject to exchange (return) shall be carried out only in the branches of "Assay Chamber" of JSC “National Center of Expertise and Certification”. The consumer shall bear the costs of the products examination of proper quality. The seller has the right to deduct the amount of the examination from the cost of the returned products. In case of confirmation of the product's defect/deficiency, the cost of the product's examination shall be borne by the seller, otherwise - by the consumer.
We guarantee long-term operation of the products if the user observes the operating and storage conditions.

The warranty doesn't cover cases of damage to the jewelry item as a result of failure to ensure proper conditions of exploitation and storage of the jewelry item by the consumer, as well as doesn’t cover premature wear of the electroplating - for silver jewelry with gold plating.
